Four steps, with us beside you
1. Make your selection
With our team, choose the preferred colour, carat range and cut. You can keep the diamond loose or explore a current jewellery setting. We will confirm the complete quote, including any optional services, before you place the order.
2. Send your material
We give you instructions for preparing and sending the sample securely. A standard order asks for 100 g of cremated ashes or 2 g of hair or fur. If you have less, please ask us to assess it before sending. When the material arrives, it is registered against your individual order ID.
3. Follow your diamond's progress
Creating the diamond usually takes around 90 days from receipt of suitable material. Jewellery, engraving or an independent gemmological report may add time. We keep you informed, and you can use your order ID on the tracking page.
4. Receive your personal diamond
After growth, cutting, polishing and checks, we arrange delivery of your loose diamond or finished jewellery. We will confirm the delivery details and documents supplied with your order.
