Heart in Diamond provides free shipping for all items. All the orders are delivered within 7 days. However the time may vary depending on destination. Our assistant will contact you with an estimated time of arrival and additional pertinent details. We ship by RoyalMail, FedEx, UPS or EMS. UPS and FedEx will only ship to a street address, not to a P.O. Box, and a signature is required for all deliveries. (Please note that you are dealing with a local New Zealand company this means that there will not be any hidden surprises such as import duties, MPI fees or Customs duties or tax).
